  • Any manufacturing mistakes or defects will be fully covered by us, including delivery fees.

Exchanges:

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order to request an exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for covering delivery fees for exchanges, as long as the size chart was clearly referenced.

Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not available for items on sale or clearance.
  • Refunds will be issued after the return of the product and checking its state.
  • Refunds will be transferred to any smart wallet, Instapay, bank accounts, and PayPal for your convenience.
  • Exchanged items will be shipped out after the returned item is received and inspected.
